Yaron and I went to look at the view from the gravesite today near our house(where Ben Gurion is buried) and the canyon was looking so fresh, clean and beckoning.
So we did a lovely walk down one of the pass's with the Mayaan's. Unfortunately Baruch and Yaron were left on top by our haste and communication breakdown! But we had a good time and met them below. (they came down in the car)
The kids stripped of most their clothes and played in the river and mud at the bottom.
It was a beautiful, clean day and the streams in the desert sparkling. The mud soft and slippery and the flintstone glinting even more in the sun than usual.
Karen and I did a good, fast 20 minute walk up the serpentine road to the top and home.
Hope that will spur me on into some sort of exercise again! Feeling heavy this winter, after birth and eating lots of homemade bread, cinnamon buns and lovely goulash!
Yummy!
So where are the pictures you ask? Well we forgot the camera! :(
