They wrote to each other and she planned to visit this Sukkot. I didn't think it would happen but it did! It was so lovely to receive her and her mother Rona, and younger son Tomer yesterday. Shachar is a special girl and so suited to Tess as a friend. We are so glad to keep in contact so far.

We walked past the view point and behind Ben Gurion's grave is a lovely park, lots of grass and olive trees. Would you think this was desert?
