It is wonderful to spend time with people from all over the world. Faith in our Messiah brings down all barriers and cultural differences. Its amazing. This time a Dutch group went on a walking tour with Arthur and Yaron did all the meals. It was worth the packed fridge, messy kitchen and smoky clothes! Potjies over a campfire and BBQ's in the wilderness after a long day hike....
This family of 11 - including extended family wanted to celebrate the parents 35st wedding anniversary and they wanted to renew their vows.
So on the last day of the hike, after breakfast the kids prepared some surprises...
We got some bamboo poles from our home and Mom your old throw! (YES!!) was the canopy - and there we had a chuppa!

Their son read from a prayer book in Dutch and in English for our benefit!
While daughters, daughter-in-law and grand daughter watched.
Then afterwards the hike was cut short due to a desert duststorm so - they had lunch with us and we enjoyed the fellowship! Its now the norm in our family to have groups of people from here and there, eating with us and fellowshipping... its all extended family! In HIM.
