We took a family pic for Dalya - to frame for her bday present. It looks better printed but this is what we got! Lovely kids hey? All so different.
Na'amah with her blonde curls, but tanned skin and Kai also darker than the others...
Hila is the fairest of them all! Amitai had his once year shave and the poor guy suffered as Abba's machine wasnt sharp enough and it pulled his hair!
He lost all his auburn highlights - but they will soon grow back.
Another one, look at the 2 cheeky ones on the right.
Then we had a homeschooling, end of year party.
Kai, Mikki, Shai (Carmen was babysitting) all had Spanish lessons with Mary.
Here they were showing us a little of what they know!
Hila and Hannah joined in....
I must say that I have learnt a LOT too and what amazing books we have read together. Especially the countries like China, Japan and Mongolia.
Mary (right) - our friend who has featured on the blog many times already, taught some of the girls Spanish volunteeringly the past year.

We are so blessed to have these people and children around us, it was LONELY the first 2 years of schooling at Alon HaGalil, but we see how the Lord has blessed us in our decision to school this way and how he has answered prayers in many ways:
Ido is the son of Tehila, a lady who lives here and has homeschooled her son on and off the past years. She is a single mother and very sweet and we are building a good relationship with her.
Shai is the daughter of a family here who took her out of school the past year, as she wasnt happy in her class. Next year they will move, so she will go to another school.
Mikki, is the youngest daughter of Mike and Mary, who have homeschooled all 4 of their kids the past years and Mikki is the last one in school!
Jonathan and Asher are Karen's kids and next year their oldest daughter Shoshanna (13) joins the homeschooling tribe! A big adjustment for her, please pray for easy transitions!
Hannah is in kindergarten - so that she can learn some Hebrew as both her parents are English speakers.
Hila completed a lot of schooling - though only next year she starts "real school" - she is eager and loves her math and reading. She doesnt like writing!

Provision for supplies, more people like us to fellowship with and a beautiful place to live in, surrounded by nature and also that the children have made wonderful friends her with the local kids too!
Thank you Lord.

What fabulous pictures of all our grandkids Kel. Naamah is just so cute with all that blonde curly hair. We are very proud of our Glik family and cannot wait to have you here in Cape Town/Hermanus.
Sharon is sitting with me as I type and sends loads of love and can't wait to see you.
Wow - isn't God just so good? All those kiddies, all ages - boys and girls too - all schooling together/in the same area. What a wonderful change for you all. What a blessing! I was overwhelmed with joy for you, esp when I saw that last picture.
I showed Craig the pics from the blog and he was blown away by how different all the kids look. Naamah always surprises us with her blonde curls and (noticed for the first time) much darker skin! C says that she reminds him a lot of Yaron. Daddy's girl, hey! I am SO looking forward to seeing you all!
LOVE YOU
Love meeeeeeeee
