Pesach came and went, but with Mom and Dad it was even more special.
This year we were less than usual in numbers, some of Drora's family were eating elsewhere.
Yafah cooked up a storm and even our goulash, lugged all the way from the Negev was not eaten, put aside for another day. Too much food!
Kneidelach soup, nothing beats a good soup!
Copy of the Haggadah, though we followed the one Savta Drora put together.
We all had a part to read, including the Gentile guests!
The children all looked lovely. Where is Naamah? Probably asleep!
Tess got a new dress and Kai wore the one Alex brought us years ago from Argentina. Was too small for me but fitted Kai perfectly. It is handmade, pure cotton with crochet.
Amitai such a man in his little shirt and Hila in the dress Granny bought her.
Chad Gadya remains a favorite among children of all ages. It is the last song sung before "L'shana Ha-ba-ah Birushalayim" (Next Year in Jerusalem).
Savta brought the costumes from the kibbutz (they used to use them when it was a kibbutz for the communal Pesach meal)
Hila was the lamb/kid
I dont have a pic of Mom and Dad-but they were there!
